Zanpet Cobberdogs

My name is Suzanne Beecham, but most people call me Sue. I live in the Riverian area.

I am the owner of ZANPET COBBERDOGS.

I first learnt about Australian Cobberdogs when I worked for Rutland for about 9 years.

In that time Beverley, taught me how to groom the dogs and how to help mums whelp their puppies if needed. I help raise the puppies and train them to walk on leash and crate train them.

I have also learnt to hand raise (bottle feed) the puppies the living proof of this is Rutland Lil Twinkletoes.

I raised Twinkie for two days old feeding her every two hours day and night. She went everywhere with me to the shopping centres where I would ask the shop assistants to heat the water up for her bottle, they all thought I needed it for a real baby. To the local pub where everyone just loved her and spoilt her with cooked chicken from their sandwiches.

She slept in a bag with a hot water bottle beside my bed to make night feeds easier.

Twinkie is now living the good life in her forever home.

 

I then went to work for Greatmates for about four years. In my time with Julie, she has taught me about DNA checking for good breeding stock and temperament.

I helped groom the dogs and helped train the puppies took care of the nursery’s bottle fed a few puppies if they needed it.

Julie has taught me a lot about the Australian Cobberdog like how to check for temperament for therapy dogs how to get better coats and be consistent in coat types.

I learnt to find the right male to mate the female to get the best Cobberdogs we can.

Greatmates is where I got my very first Cobberdog for breeding her name is Greatmates Snowflake.

So, as you all can see I have been taught by the best breeders in Australia.

I want to be the best breeder like my teachers to have the best breeding stock and top bloodlines.

I am now the proud owner of two Australian Cobberdogs Greatmates Snowflake and my very own breed Zanpet Sissie Miss which I bred myself.
